What’s Rubber-soled Shoes

What’s Rubber-soled ShoesRubber-soled shoes give a less formal appearance. Many rubber-soled shoesare performance-oriented, for specific sports or casual occasions. Rubber-soledshoes were first designed for mountain climbing. In 1936, Italian mountainclimber Vitale Bramani developed the rubber sole, influenced by the Pirelliautomotive tire. The rubber sole was designed for traction. Benefits of Rubber-soled ShoesWhile less formal and traditional, rubber soles have comfortconsiderations. Podiatrist Arnold Ravick of the American Podiatric MedicalAssociation states a typical men's leather sole weighs about five poundscompared to the 2-1/2 pound rubber sole. Running shoe soles weigh weigh only 10ounces, on average. Rubber soles absorb a greater amount of shock due to theirflexibility. Quote from

What are differences between Rubber and Plastic?

What are differences between Rubber and Plastic?Rubber vs. PlasticIt is quite easyto differentiate between the two. By simply looking at each material, one canimmediately tell that a particular thing, or object, is made of rubber and notplastic, or vice versa. The only confusion between the two is when the termpolymer is used. Polymer as a term that greatly denotes plastics, butnonetheless, this term also describes the characteristic of rubbers. Althoughrubber is more of the specific elastomer (a viscous or elastic variation ofpolymers), it is still considered to be a polymer. Both plastics andrubbers are classified in many different manners. In fact, for plastics alonethere are more than 10,000 different types. Some are grouped according to type, quality, design or to the material(s) used to make the rubber or plastic. Thisis why both materials have become very diverse in terms of their usage.Plastics are used in almost every aspect, like clothing, food, beverages, construction and many others. Its major classes are the more commonthermoplastics (plastics that will melt when enough heat is applied) and thethermosets (can only melt or take form once, because they remain solid afterthey have been solidified). Rubbers are more commonly used in vehicletires, industrial purposes and specific shoe sole, etc. It is alsoimportant to denote that it was around the year 1976 when plastic become widelyused around the world. Plastics are basically made from natural gas andpetroleum. Both of these raw materials are nonrenewable. Hence, recyclingplastics is the immediate solution to the growing demand for the said material. On the contrary, rubber can be either synthetic or natural. Synthetic means that the rubber ismade from crude oil, which also happens to be another nonrenewable resource.Nevertheless, the other type (natural rubber) can be harnessed from trees (i.e.rubber tree), in which a substance (latex) is then extracted.Although both arepolymers, plastic and rubber differ because:1. Rubber can beconsidered elastomers, and that’s why when compared to plastics, they arenaturally more elastic.2. Syntheticrubber is derived from crude oil, whereas synthetic plastic is made ofpetroleum and natural gas.

If Lary can provide samples?

For little products not machine, if the little products such as vacuum parts are standard products, and  our Inventory stock is available, then we can send small quantity samples to our Customer for testing, but customer should pay the international Courier fee like TNT, UPS, etc.,

What payment is acceptable for Lary

Lary normally accept T/T, L/C, Paypal such payment.

Lary vacuum parts refer to

Lary vacuum parts refer to stainless steel braided hose, elbows, flanges, connections, etc.,

Lary vacuum pump application

Lary vacuum pump is Industrial grade, Widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, food, electronic plating, etc.

Lary 3D Scanner application?

Lary 3D Scanner are specially used for shoe last.

If Lary machine is CE approved

Yes, Lary rubber sole injection molding machines and rubber injection molding machings are CE approved, our design strictly according to CE.

Rubber injection machine characteristics

The main characteristics of rubber injection machine:1. To simplify the process, can achieve high temperature vulcanization of rubber products, shorten the production cycle.2. The products size accurate, uniform physical and mechanical properties, high quality, forming of thick wall products vulcanization particularly appropriate.3. Easy operation, reduce Labour intensity, high degree of mechanization and automation.Injection machine and its mould institutions are relatively complex,  maintenance level is higher, mainly used for mass production of moulded products.

Which kind of machinery and equipment production of rubber sole?

Mechanical devices used on the production of rubber sole are: rubber soles automatic hydraulic press, rubber injection moulding machine, foam molding machine.  Rubber sole injection molding machine and plastic sole injection molding machine are availabe in Lary.

What are the main uses of rubber today?

Almost 60% of global consumption is by the world’s tyre manufacturing industry, with the remainder going into the ‘general rubber products’ sector; many thousands of different goods are manufactured by this sector, serving many industries, including transport, construction, health, mining etc.

How many types of rubber?

There are two main types of rubber, natural and synthetic. The former is made from the latex derived ‘naturally’ from the rubber tree, while the latter is synthesized from chemicals sourced from petroleum refining.

What is rubber?

Rubber is a polymer with the property ofelasticity which, when modified and strengthened by a curing process calledvulcanization, is known as a ‘thermoset elastomer’. Each of the monomers whichlink to form the polymer is usually made of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and/orsilicon.
